My website is not displaying

this is what is showing,

and when i click any of them it will show.
Database connection error (3): Could not connect to database
please what do i do?

secondly, is setchod important, if yes how do i use it? Please reply  asap. Thanks.

ReUpload all your files apart from configure you have just edited. It seems that your index.php isn't uploaded.
Could not connect to database, it means that your database details aren't collect recheck and save again.
Setchod comes in only if you face file permission/write problem, is advisable you delete it from your account now.
