When you log into your joomla site click on article you want, when it opens in the editor icons you will see "Insert/edit anchor" icon, position your mouse where you want people to land immediately they click the link eg middle, edge or end of the article, then click "Insert/edit anchor" and type any name in it eg sheba and click insert. That is all save your article. If you want people to go direct to the article at the end of the article url put #sheba that will take people direct to the article.
